Our automotive product development process can loosely be divided into three all-important stages: Product Strategy, Product Design and Prototype, and Product Manufacturing.

Automotive Product Design and Prototype
Our 3D CAD capabilities allow us to create, modify, analyse and optimise all supplied and in-house designs, with uncompromising attention to the finest detail. Using either rapid 3D printing or CNC machining, we are able to produce robust prototypes of the product for crucial analysis, testing, refining, optimisation and retesting with the highest possible levels of quality assurance procedures in place.
Automotive Product Manufacturing
Whether it is a clutch part, brake component or any other vital automotive engineering element, the quality and precision of the equipment and technology we use is first class. Some examples of cutting, turning and milling machinery used for the automotive manufacturing process include 3, 4 and 5 axis vertical CNC machines, CNC lathes with live tooling, tub grinders and CNC CMMs.
