is a long-established high-quality precision engineering company based in Launceston, Cornwall. We are looking for an experienced sales/business manager with excellent knowledge of engineering businesses and, ideally, the precision engineering sector to join our expanding team. This can be a part-field based position, which can be discussed.
Internal Sales Administrator
We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable Sales Administrator to manage our Internal Sales Process from quotation to purchase order reciept. The role requires a flexible approach to a large customer base in a fast paced dynamic business.
Ideal candidate will have Engineering Sales Administrator experience and advanced administrative skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Creation of quotations
Management of Sales software (Hubspot)
Receiving and processing purchase orders.
Contacting customers by phone or email.
Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
Compiling monthly sales reports.
Expediting orders through internal liaison.
Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
Supporting the sales hub with other administrative tasks, if requested.
Sales Administrator Requirements:
Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
Experience with industry software such as HubSpot CMR.
Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
Proficiency with word and excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
